We want you to be happy with every order from Paleo Plant Foods Limited. Because our products are food items, returns are handled carefully for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy explains when refunds and replacements apply.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or below our quality standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Food safety & non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival. Sealed, unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for return where the law requires.
How refunds are issued
- Card / Paystack payments: refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Bank transfer: refunded to the bank account you provide.
- Cryptocurrency: refunded in the same asset to a wallet address you confirm. Network fees may be deducted, and amounts are based on the value received.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.
